  1. What types of licenses do you hold?
  2. How long have you been licensed in Massachusetts?
  3. What is your fee schedule?  When is the fee to be paid? What are acceptable methods of payment?
  4. What areas of the home do you include in you inspection?  Are there additional charges for any items?
  5. Do you charge for a re-inspection after repairs?  How much?
  6. Do you go up onto the roof to inspect it?
  7. How long will the inspection typically take?
  8. Can I attend the inspection?
  9. Will you point out items when possible that need attention or repairs so I can see for myself?
  10. How long will it take to receive a written inspection report?
  11. Do you also do termite and pest inspections?
  12. Can I call you with questions that come up later?
